The Oar Board rower is warranted from manufacturing defects for a period of one {1} year. Defective units, though very rare, can be returned to Whitehall Rowing (the manufacturer of the Oar Board) for repair or replacement by first obtaining a Return Authorization number. As an authorized dealer, we're happy to assist you with this process. You will be responsible for packing and shipping your Oar Board rower to Whitehall Rowing in Victoria, B.C. for repair or replacement covered under warranty. Replacement parts are available directly from Whitehall Rowing. Under no circumstances will we, Extreme Maui Fun, LLC/RowMaui.com, be responsible for shipping charges for any Oar Board rower that needs to be returned to Whitehall Rowing for repair or replacement covered under warranty.
Please note that Extreme Maui Fun, LLC/RowMaui.com will not issue refunds for Oar Board rowers and Oars purchased from us as we are unable to return them to Whitehall Rowing. Please visit OarBoard.com
